Howdy Y'all!
Hey mom! It is starting to get colder-ish.. ha, if that makes sense. So what happens here is that it rains and it gets cold-ish, not super cold, but it makes it bearable for a bit, then it is sunny and it is back to the heat.. with a little more humidity..  not the funnest. But the days are getting shorter and so. . . who knows. Oh wow, it sounds like the BYU graduation was pretty cool!! Lots of people graduating, ha, that is more people than live in Blanding! A good American BBQ sounds super super yummy right now, so I am a little jealous that you got to eat at one!!! But tell Jordan congrats for me! So what are the plans for him now? How are the wedding plans going? Thank you so much for the pictures, they are great! Everyone looks great! Jordan rockin' the plaid shirt for graduation, that is money, ha! How is the track team doing, and how is McKady doing? So it was pretty windy at the Blanding track meet, sounds like a typical Blanding track meet.. that was how it was for my senior year! That is so  awesome that you almost got a turkey. Here is the thing mom, that it is for the experience, to enjoy the times we have, so don't give up because hunting is the best! It is so relaxing seeing nature and having a great time, and if you don't get anything, well, there is always next year and more great times of fun! That is crazy that Lincoln is already leaving, time is going too fast! Here pretty soon people from my grade are going to be going home.. so crazy! The mission is great but tiene que disfrutar todo! Por que la experiencia, bueno es el mejor! :)
So we had a pretty great week, it was tranquillio. Tuesday was our reunion de districto so, well, the mission is focusing a lot on references, so I talked about that a little and then we worked a little. We had some great contacts and found some great people that we were able to teach later in the week. There was some rain too, so there was a little water, but I have boots that are good, they are very useful. Then we did divisions with some people in our zone and I was with Elder Moriera, he is from Brazil, and he is a convert of about 1 and a half years. He is super cool a great guy and has a wonderful testimony, he only has 10 weeks in the mission, but he speaks really well, and he speaks really good English too! He has a very strong testimony, it was great to get to know him. We had some more great lessons but tambien next week I will talk more about the Skype, what times would be better for you guys? I've got to go.. times just goes too fast.. but mom, I love you and thank you for you email and the pictures! Have a wonderful week! I hope you get a turkey! Thanks mom for all you do! I love you and all, just keep enjoying the life!:)

Hello to home
Hey mom, how is it going? Hope all is well on the home front! Branding... I am super jealous of you guys right now! It is ok about the pictures, all that matters is that you guys had lots of fun! That would be super cool to see everyone over there together, helping in the funnest event of the year! Braddock, being a country boy, that is so awesome! Nothing better in the whole world than a country boy!! I don't know what it is with Tamra, she just has some luck out of this world, if you are hunting or fishing, you need to be with Tamra and then you will find something!! But the pictures look super awesome!!! That is a big ole turkey!!! But mom, it is ok you still have some time, and you can get one with your bow! Now wouldn't that be the sweetest thing in the world!! I claim bow hunting! But I hope you get something, and congrats for Tamra. Tell dad he needs to stop scaring them away;) I hope all goes well with the graduation, guess what, my companion's brother is graduating from BYU too, and his mom is going to be up there too!! So I gave him your number, so she might get in contact with you or something, I don't know, but I hope all goes well!!!
So this week went by super fast!! But it was really good and I got to know some new people.  So what happens at times is that since we are the closest elders to the office and there are always people coming to do transmits to get legal, we have them go and work with us. So this week I got to go on mini divisions with Elder Cami from Peru, he is a cool guy. And then the next day I did divisions with Elder Sabala, he is from Paraguay, very nice and very funny! He knows some very funny words in English, but it was fun. Then we also did some interviews because the sisters in the 2nd ward had 2 baptisms, so that was cool. I interviewed Sandra, she is 9, and I was super impressed with what she knew, the sisters taught them well! So the week has been going great, we've just been teaching and finding people.  We are teaching this family that got baptized 4 years ago and then stopped going to church, but they are great.  The whole family, except the mom and dad, came to church yesterday, I guess the dad doesn't have a leg and the mom stays home and takes care of him. The mom isn't baptized because he doesn't want to marry her because he got married once before and then his wife died, so he thinks if he gets married again then she will die, and he doesn't want to get left alone. So we will see what we can do. We are teaching one of the kids who is 8, but they are a great family, and lots of fun. So this week should be great! We have lots of great things going! This week I have been studying in Mosiah, the part that Elder Ballard was talking about in his talk, it was really great, talking about retaining the remisison of our sins! It also talks about the holy spirit testifiing of truth and cleansing us from our sins and giving peace to our minds and hearts. What a wonderful gift we have, a knowledge that is interesting, as humans we know right from wrong and when we do something wrong we can feel that it is wrong, this gift is available to every person, so when someone does sin they feel bad, they might not know why they feel bad, because they don't have the knowledge that we have. It is very interesting, and King Benjamin explains it very well in the talk that he gives to the people. I know the Lord lives and that He is our Savior and Redeemer! Thanks for the e-mail mom! You are the best, I love you with all my heart! Thanks for all you do! Tell everyone that I love them! Have a wonderful week mom!!! Thanks for everything!

It's someone's birthday!?:)
Happy birthday mom! ¡te Amo mucho!
My week has been great, with a lot of meetings no mas, ha:) There is always good gossip in Blanding though? It sounds like Jade has a great project lined out, cleaning out the building! That will be good for him to do! Branding, that does sound super fun right now, I'm kind of jealous. It is the crazy weather ones that you always remember though! Ha, but I am so tired of being hot that the cold sounds great! We did get some rain and that cooled it down a little, so it was good, other than the mud, that is always a little difficult. That is crazy that the boys are finishing up school, you are going to have to send me pictures of it all! That is cool, tell them congrats for me! Tell everyone thank you for the prayers! and Braddock! ha:)
So this week we had a great little week, on Tuesday we had interviews with President Franco, those where great, his training before was really great. We read in D&C and talked about it and asked questions, he knows the D&C really well! But it was all good! On Wednesday we finally had a meeting with our mission leader, which was well needed! Then on Thursday we had leadership counsel with all the zone leaders, that was really great. We read some parts of Alma 26 together, and it is super amazing. There is a lot we can learn from it and apply to missionary service! Then, on Saturday we had our zone meeting! So there were lots of meetings, but it was great because in there was something to learn in every one. We were able to have some great lessons also. We found a great kid who really wants to learn, so we are super excited to teach him. We were able to talk to Andres, but we still need to help him stop smoking, in this country that is a big obstacle people have, along with the word of wisdom and marriage that keeps them from being baptized. It seems they are always the case, but we are going to beat the bad habits of this country.
But for the most part, it is going pretty good here in the mission, just teaching and all the great things that we see. But mom, I want you to have a very happy birthday! I really do hope that it goes really super well! And I hope that everyone has a super great day and week. I want you guys to know that I know that this is the Lord's work, it is very hard at times, but it is the best! Mom, I love you! Have a great birthday! Thanks for all you do! Have a great week!

Hey Mom and Family

How is it going?
I am doing great this week! How are you guys doing this wonderful week? You need to remember that yesterday was a memory, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift, that is why it is called the present. Every day there is something that we can all look for that we can take and use, then have a great time and enjoy every second that we have on earth:) Thanks for the pictures!!!! It looks really good, tell her good job for me and that I am proud of her!!! Well, I hope that all is going well in good ole Blanding , Utah! I agree, President Uchtdorf's talk was amazing, the quote you like is so powerful! And the story behind it was so good, that gives me so much hope that someone as imperfect as me can, through the atonement of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, be healed to full and perfect form. Thanks mom for sharing your favorite talk with me! It is great!!! That is so awesome that the family share what they learned from conference with each other in family home evening! What a blessing! I wish I could have been there to see it and to hear their testimonies!
So this week was pretty traquillo por lo menos:) We were able to have some really amazing experiences finding some really great people to teach. What happens is that when you talk to people, the Lord will always help you find those who are looking. So we contacted this lady and we were talking to her and then it started to rain, so she let us in and we were able to visit with her for awhile. At first she said that she was catholic, and that she was not going to change. We did not have much time, so we shared a quick message on the Book of Mormon and the love God has for us and then she really started to open up. She said that just that morning she had been praying to God and asking Him for help to change to her life, to find a better way to put Him in her life. Through the mercy of our Father, he had guided us to that woman's home to answer her prayer. He does hear our prayers, I know that.  She also said when she took the book that she would read it, and then she asked where she needed to go to follow up. We will see how the lesson goes and see if she uses her agency to chose the right. Then we found 2 younger kids, they are 20 and 18, and are super great. They have lots of questions, so we will see where that leads. Oh, how the Lord blesses us and the lives of his children! It has been a great experience this week, and to top it off, there was conference!
So my favorite session was the priesthood session, it was so great! Every single talk was so powerful! Elder Nelson's was amazing, and I really like President Monson's talks, they were great! And Elder Arnolds talk was super great too! It was all so spiritual to help those who are lost. Well, all the talks by the Apostles were amazing, it was just all so great with the spirit so strong! I also liked how they talked about the tree of life and the talk of King Benjamin, they were all just super amazing! It was a great conference and I was so glad to hear it! Well, it is kind of sad this is the last conference out in the mission field... but I still really enjoyed it! I know they are all called of God and that they are his representatives to help us know the will of the Lord. Now we need to take the next 6 months and continue to read them and watch them and listen to them with our studies of the scriptures, I know if we do that we will be blessed. Mom, thank you so much for the email, I want you to know I love you so much! And I want to tell everyone else that I love them and that all the prayers and thoughts are amazing! Mom, have a great week! Thank you and have a wonderful week!

TRANSFERS ¿What happened? Y ¡Conference time!

Hello Mother! (the Best Mother)
So this week was really great, but to answer your question about Easter... I was a little disappointed. So we have been sharing the video that the church made about Easter, and I was super excited to go to church and hear about it a little more. There was not a single talk or lesson that had anything about Easter! I was very disappointed because everything we believe in is that act of the atonement and the fact that Christ was resurrected, and they didn't say anything about it! But, I was able to read about it in my studies after church, so we are good! I did find out some really interesting things about Easter during my study, but I will talk about that a little later.
Snow? Wow, that is crazy, it is almost April?! and it snowed, that is crazy loco, ha. I am glad that you guys went anyway to have a little fun for Easter, sounds like it was great, just the regular great times at Easter. Well maybe McKady would or would not have beaten me;) Tell her that she needs to go to hunter safety so that she can hunt, then we can see how good of a shot she really is;) The Easter dinner sounds like it was really good, I want a good ham, you can't eat red meat here, weird huh? So a little about Easter here in good old Argentina. Pasca, in English that means Passover, or Easter, not really the name that was used in old times but it is used now, but it was originally called the passover. The passover was celebrated when the destroying angel passed over the houses in Egypt, and then it was made a holiday celebration thing. When Christ came to Jerusalem, he rode in at the first of the week, so that is when they start the celebration for Holy Week, people here call it Semana Santa, or holy week. Then, when Christ was resurrected, it was the passover.  There is a lot of symbolism here because we know that each house in Egypt had to sacrifice a animal to be saved. Just a little about what I learned in my studies, I think the bible dictionary is a lot better than google;) Here, during the week of Semana Santa they don't eat red meat, they are supposed to just eat fish, but most people don't care, ha! And they watch a lot of Christ movies that are on the TV, some are good and some others, well I don't know because I haven't seen them. Everyone talks about watching the Passion of Christ, I think it is rated R, but at least they are learning about Christ a little. Then they make chocolate eggs for their eggs and they have their Easter bunny. They also eat this type of cake, I can't remember the name, but it was great. What happened is the owner of our apartments invited us to come and eat the Easter eggs and other things with them, she is very Catholic so she has a lot of different ideas, but she is very nice and she loves the missionaries!)
So we watched Finding Faith in Christ with her and her kids, and we shared some information about the restoration, it was a great!:)
This week was a great one, like  always! We had divisions and I went to La Leonesa with Elder Garcia, he is from Mexico. He is a stud, a very, very hard working missionary (he just got made zone leader) but it was great to go and learn and help him out. So that area is close to my old area, Las Palmas, and we went and ate at a member's house over there. This member is very special because about a year ago she was my investigator and she has since been baptized, her son was baptized as well, and her Daughter, who just turned 8, is going to be baptized. She is also the first counselor in the relief society, miracles! I do testify that they do happen! It was a great moment.
They were working with the sisters in our district, so I was able to go and do the baptism interview and it was amazing.  They had a little problem with the water (someone stole the water pump), anyway, and it was cool because one of the sisters went home today.
We have had a few changes because there was transfers. Any guesses? I stayed, ha! But my companion left and is now is a branch president... he was a little nervous. But I am still here and I have a new companion, Elder Swingle, he came the same time as me so I already know him, he is a great guy and I am excited to start and go to work:)
But conference already? Is that not crazy? It seems like just yesterday that we had one, but I am so excited! A little sad too, this will be my last conference in the mission, I cant believe it. But it is going to be great, and I hope that you guys can find the time to watch it all and enjoy it all! ha:)
I hope this week goes well and that you guys enjoy conference. I want you guys to know that I love you and always will! Mom, you are the best! Thanks for the email!

Argentina - March 21, 2016

Hey mom!!!
How are you doing? Things are going great here! I hope spring break is going great for you guys, or went great, I guess.  We have transfers next week, so I will write on Tuesday! Mom, you don't have to worry because things are winding down with high school and then you've got me coming home and well, that is going to be a full time job! You may have to like teach me English again and all f those good things, ha. So I decided that I want to take classes in the winter, so I will just wait until then:) And then, I am going to tell them that I want to go the Durango airport! Yay, I made a decision! Those were hard though, maybe I will just stay out in the mission, it is a little easier! :) Wow, sounds like everyone has great plans for the summer! I hope it all goes well! Can you believe it is already Easter? I found this and I really like it so I wanted to share it with you:

The Atonement and the Missionary

Almost everything I have said here has been and is directed toward the missionary process, ultimately toward the investigator. May I close with an extended testimony about how focusing on the Atonement helps full-time and member missionaries and mission leaders.
Anyone who does any kind of missionary work will have occasion to ask, "Why is this so hard? Why doesn’t it go better? Why can’t our success be more rapid? Why aren’t there more people joining the Church?" It is the truth. We believe in angels. We trust in miracles. Why don’t people just flock to the font? Why isn’t the only risk in missionary work that of pneumonia from being soaking wet all day and all night in the baptismal font?
You will have occasion to ask those questions. I have thought about this a great deal. I offer this as my personal feeling. I am convinced that missionary work is not easy because salvation is not a cheap experience. Salvation never was easy. We are The Church of Jesus Christ, this is the truth, and He is our Great Eternal Head. How could we believe it would be easy for us when it was never, ever easy for Him? It seems to me that missionaries and mission leaders have to spend at least a few moments in Gethsemane. Missionaries and mission leaders have to take at least a step or two toward the summit of Calvary.
Now, please don’t misunderstand. I’m not talking about anything anywhere near what Christ experienced. That would be presumptuous and sacrilegious. But I believe that missionaries and investigators, to come to the truth, to come to salvation, to know something of this price that has been paid, will have to pay a token of that same price.
For that reason I don’t believe missionary work has ever been easy, nor that conversion is, nor that retention is, nor that continued faithfulness is. I believe it is supposed to require some effort, something from the depths of our soul.
If He could come forward in the night, kneel down, fall on His face, bleed from every pore, and cry, “Abba, Father (Papa), if this cup can pass, let it pass,”
16 then little wonder that salvation is not a whimsical or easy thing for us. If you wonder if there isn’t an easier way, you should remember you are not the first one to ask that. Someone a lot greater and a lot grander asked a long time ago if there wasn’t an easier way.
The Atonement will carry the missionaries perhaps even more importantly than it will carry the investigators. When you struggle, when you are rejected, when you are spit upon and cast out and made a hiss and a byword, you are standing with the best life this world has ever known, the only pure and perfect life ever lived. You have reason to stand tall and be grateful that the Living Son of the Living God knows all about your sorrows and afflictions. The only way to salvation is through Gethsemane and on to Calvary. The only way to eternity is through Him—the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
I testify that the living God is our Eternal Father and that Jesus Christ is His living and Only Begotten Son in the flesh. I testify that this Jesus, who was slain and hanged on a tree,
17 was the chief Apostle then and is the chief Apostle now, the Great High Priest, the chief cornerstone of His Church in this last and greatest of all dispensations. I testify that He lives, that the whole triumph of the gospel is that He lives, and because He does, so will we.
On that first Resurrection Sunday, Mary Magdalene first thought she saw a gardener. Well, she did—the Gardener who cultivated Eden and who endured Gethsemane. The Gardener who gave us the rose of Sharon, the lily of the valley, the cedars of Lebanon, the tree of life.
I declare Him to be the Savior of the world, the Bishop and Shepherd of our souls, the Bright and Morning Star. I know that our garments can be washed white only in the blood of that Lamb, slain from the foundation of the world. I know that we are lifted up unto life because He was lifted up unto death, that He bore our griefs and carried our sorrows, and with His stripes we are healed. I bear witness that He was wounded for our transgressions and bruised for our iniquities, that He was a man of sorrows acquainted with grief because upon Him were laid the transgressions of us all.
18
I bear witness that He came from God as a God to bind up the brokenhearted, to dry the tears from every eye, to proclaim liberty to the captive and open the prison doors to them that are bound.
19 I promise that because of your faithful response to the call to spread the gospel, He will bind up your broken hearts, dry your tears, and set you and your families free. That is my missionary promise to you and your missionary message to the world.
So that is just the end of the talk, but you can apply it not just to missionary work, but to life in general. That talk is called Missionary Work and the Atonement, so if you want to go read the whole talk you can:) It doesn't get crazy here around Easter time, well it didn't last year, they just eat fish. But I know in other countries it is wild. This week was a little slower, but it was super hot for a couple of days and then it started to rain. I left my umbrella in the collectivo... so I am going to have to get another one.  And then yesterday we went to this family that lives forever away, walking, I told you about them last year because I went and saw them when I was on splits, I am going to have to send a picture, they don't have much! Thank you for the pictures!!! Everyone looks great in their green! Oh yeah, we also went and did an interview for some sisters in our zone, and their chapel is so cool, it is like and American chapel, but the lady they baptised was super, super awesome! It is so great to see great people! Mom, I love you and I hope that you guys have a great Easter! I want you to know that I know that our Lord and Savior did in fact pay for our sins!!! I know He lives and because he lives we can find a new life, I know that with all my heart! Love you mom, have a great week!!!

Como Estan!!!!!!!!!
Hey mom!:)
Well.. with the decisions ... how about we talk more about that next week? I need a little more time to think it over.. :) That is awesome that she was able to go and be there for the experience, what she learned was far more valuable than winning! It is all about the experience! And learning! If we are always learning, that is what matters! It is time to enjoy, we just need to have fun and look forward to the new changes with life! So it is great spring break this week, I am excited for you guys! I hope that you guys have lots of fun and enjoy the time, and the work! There is always something to learn and some little miracle that we see every day! When the day is crappy, like legit crappy, just enjoy it and laugh it off and keep going, it is those times we find out that we are not perfect! Sometimes crap happens, haha, sometimes a lot, but you know life, gotta love it:) The baptism went really well!
The baptism went great, the whole family was there and we had members help and bring cake, so it was really great! But we felt so bad, she kind of got scared when she first she got in the water and didn't want to do it, but then her mom gave her a pep talk and she got the courage and then she was able to be baptized! It was a great experience! Also, there is a friend of that family that we will start teaching, and the girl's dad, who is not a member, came. That was the first time he had ever gone in the church, all the other kids where jealous because he didn't go to their baptisms.  But the mom said he liked it, so I guess we will see what happens there. So all in all it was a great day, I had a great time! So then we were waiting for them to come for her to be confirmed, and they barely made it in time! I guess that the power went out where they live, so when they woke up they didn't know what time it was, but they made it, so it was good ! All is good :)
They week was pretty good, for the most part, we had some people give us food this week so we didn't have to buy any, so that is always nice! We found some new people, and yesterday we were talking to this awesome family that lives in Colonio Benitez, that is a little town about 30 min from Resistencia, so we took a bus out there.  Anyway, we are going to start working with the guy's daughter, who is 12. The mom, Sister Garner, she has been a member for a long time. She lived in the US for a little bit because she was about to marry a missionary, but she didn't. She came back and married a guy that already had a daughter, he got baptized for her, then stopped going to church.  So then she wanted to divorce him, she is a lawyer by the way.  Anyway, before I got here the missionaries helped him out and now he comes to church, so we are going to start helping his daughter. They told us some crazy things about Hitler, that he didn't really die, but came to Argentina, I guess there is like a TV show about it on the history channel, and part of it was in our mission, so maybe you will have to go watch it!  The trip home was interesting. So we've got some great things going for us in our area and in the zone, also the hermanas will have a baptism, well one pair will. That is crazy that Heidi Hiatt is already home, ha! She will probably get married to Cole, or someone else fast. But I hope she had a great mission, that is cool that she did it, and wow, it's just a little weird because I went out before her, and now she is home before me. But anyways, all is well mom:) I want you to know that I love you and I hope that all is well with you and the family. Hope all goes well and that you guys can have a great week!  Tell everyone that I love them, and to have a great week!
love Elder Grover! :)

Argentina - March 7, 2016

Hi mom,
What a long week! But it was great! Things are going great this week! Hmm, which airport do I want to fly into? I will get back with you next week on that, same with your question about school (prayer). But the reason that my return date is a week early is that they are changing the amount of time people who are not learning a language stay in the MTC, now it will be 3 weeks. So yeah, this transfer is only 5 weeks long, but it is all good, ha. I will think about it, ha! Well, there is other things I need to do too, but we will see, ha! This area is awesome!!! We see miracles every day, and there is always a lot to do!
This last week was super crazy! I will tell you all about it, ha! My new companion is awesome, he has one more transfer than me, and he is from Riverton, Utah and his name is Elder Miles, he is great, it is fun! With all the sisters? Well, we will get to that in a little bit, ha!
So last Tuesday we had leadership counsel, which was really fun. We talked about the video we are going to share for Easter. Then we spent a lot of time talking with the presidente and his wife about the video, and then we talked about all the investigators in our zone. The other leaders talked about their needs and what problems they have getting people to reach baptism, it was good, I learned a lot! And all the missionaries that were there were really great!! After that, we had a meeting with the stake president and some other zone leaders here in Resistencia. It was good, I think that a little more could have been accomplished, but it was good. Then that night we had the two elders that were staying here for transfers come to our pension, and so one of them was Elder Howes, the kid that I trained! So that was super exciting. He went with me in the morning to do divisions the next morning, and that was really fun. After lunch we had a zone meeting where we talked about what president talked about the day before, and then we started divisions with the other district leader in our zone, so that was interesting because I haven't been in my area very long, but it was good. I was with Elder Burk, he has one transfer more than me and he is the mission nurse, so if someone is sick they call him, but it was fun, he is a great guy! Then the next day we went to his area, which is in Las Palmas (my old area last year), it takes an hour and a half in bus. We came back to Resistencia about 5:30, then got some great charlas in after that. Then Friday was crazy too because we went to the pension of the zone leaders of Resi 2, we are the zone leaders of Resi 1, but anyway we went there and had some baptism interviews. My first interview, I interviewed this 8 year old girl named Celeste, it was super fun, she was really smart, but also really little, ha! Then Sunday we went to Colonio Benitez, that is a town like 20 minutes from Resistencia, but it is in our area and that is where the ex-temple president lives, and we went to see him. Then, he went to a lesson with us to some of our investigators and it was great, he is a super smart man. He was a college professor of philosophy, it was a really spiritual lesson, and both of the investigators that were there came to church! Yay! Sunday was great, we had 3 investigators in church, and there was 100 people total, that was cool! And the best part . . . we have a baptism this weekend! Her name is Fiorela, she is 9 year old and part of a less active family that we are reactivating! So that is the week, but this week should be super fun, I am excited. We won't have as many things that we need to do, so we will have a little more time to work, which is going to be nice. Oh yeah, the story about the hermanas, we call them every night to make sure they are in the pension and safe, so we called these hermanas and they didn't answer. We called about 20 more times until like 10:15, so we called the assistants and they were about to go over to their pension to see if they were okay. Then they call us, and they are like, "sorry, our phone was on silent and we didn't hear your calls................ yeah, sisters! I was just super, super glad they were safe and that nothing happened! So that was also interesting, ha! So that is my week, pray so we can follow through with the baptism.  I want you guys to know that I love you guys, mom you are the best! Oh yeah, today I got the calendar and a package from Candice! Tell her thank you so much, and mocho thank you for the calendar, it is awesome! I love you guys, the pictures of your bike trip look great!! Thank you so much! Have a wonderful week! And good luck with Sterling Scholar! Love you guys!

Rio Negro!!!!:)
Hey MOM!:)
I am doing great! How is everyone there doing? Maybe it will keep me form getting trunky, ha, well that is the plan!!  Wow, Mckale is home? That was fast, sister missionaries go super fast!! I bet McKady did a great job with her talk! You should consider yourself lucky because I have parents here tell me they would give anything to keep their kids home at night because they leave in the evening and are gone all night doing lots of, yeah, we won't go into the detail of all that happens, ha! You are a great mother, don't worry:) And mom, don't worry, Blanding is awesome!!!! super awesome!!!! I like being in the middle of nowhere because I can go bow hunting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah, thank you mom!! Well, I hope I get a tag, ha! I might be too skinny, but don't worry, I will still be able to pull it back!!!! Ha:)
This week has been super great!!! And lots of things happened, and well, it was great, and it is always great getting to know a area, it is fun! But this area is big, and I am super excited because there is so much that can be done!
I better type fast so I can try to fit a lot of things in. Oh, and so you know, I just got my trunky papers....... so yeah, you are going to have to decide where you want me to go. I will go home the 2nd of August, that is what it says... enough about that.
So we are working with the family Rameriz, they are a big family, and they are all members but the dad and the younger kids.  So there is a daughter who is 9, her name is Fiorela, and she is going to be baptized on the 12th! She is so cool, well the whole family is super nice. Yesterday her and her 2 older brothers came to church, the mom couldn't because she was sick with one of the other kids. But I am super excited, I love that family so much!! We are also working with this guy named Andres, and he is really cool. His neighbor is a half member, he got baptized, but never got the Holy Ghost, and now he is living with a lady. So get this, the old temple presidente in Buenos Aires is in our ward, he just got released and is back, and he wants to help us with them. This guy is so smart! He teaches the gospel doctrines classes and they are crazy deep, ha, it is really great. There were 73 people in church,  a little more than Vera, but it is great. I am so excited to be here and to help people, but this week we got so much to do!!! Crazy, but it is going to be a great week. I would tell you all we are going to do, but I will tell you next week. The guy who was outside of church... that is a story for another time. But I got to go... but mom, I love you and hope the best for you!! Thanks for all you have done for me, and I hope that you guys have a great week!!!

Bitter sweet moments of the mission...

Hey mom!!!!
Holy cow!! Jesse is a really old man!!!!;) Un chiste no mas;) But tell him Happy Birthday for me! And little Jed!!! I hope that he can start feeling better!! Hmm, I wouldn't mind a good lasagna right now!! It sounds like Jesse has his hands full, school, work and lots to do with Braddock!! That is awesome!! McKady did tell me that she got accepted to BYU, that is super awesome!!! I know lots of missionaries who put in, but don't get accepted, so that is really, really awesome!!!  And it is great that Jade is working, the construction here is so different though, ha! Good Luck with Sterling Scholar, that should be lots of fun!! Hey, I got the Christmas package:) Thank you so much! All well needed!!! Well, well needed, and jerky, that stuff is so, so yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) Thank you mom, and tell dad thanks for the letter too!!!  I love you guys so mucho! Ha!
Should I wait to tell you about transfers or should I do it now? Ha, I will tell you that I am back in Resistencia, and I have been in this zone 2 times before this... anyways, so this last week was really good. We were in Reconquista because we were going to go to a zone conference in Resistencia on Tuesday, and it was really good!!! On Wednesday we came back and got to work! It was a great week! Wow, last week feels like it was forever ago! But it was good, we were working with great people! Mainly this family, they are great, it is the family Guayaré.  Then on Saturday presidente Franco called and said I was going back to Resistencia, the zone Resistencia once again, ha! So I knew I was leaving on Saturday, usually we don't find out until Sunday night, but Sunday was really good too! The family Guayare came to church! But, I've got to tell you, it was very hard to leave, i love that place very much, and I love the people there very much!!!! I am really going to miss it a lot... but the Lord wants me in another place. I am still going to miss it though. So I was able to say goodbye to some familes and get some pictures with them, as you have seen:) I love them! So yesterday we got to Resistencia, but we had to wait in the terminal all day because we had to make sure all the missionaries got on their buses and so forth, so yeah, it was a long day, but it was great. So yeah, I am a zone leader now, and district leader too, and our district is basically just us, well me and my companion and 7 hermanas, so we will see how that goes. One of my last areas, Las Palmas, is in the zone, so I get to go back there, I am so excited!!!! I am excited to be in this area, lots of work and lots of fun:) Oh yeah, so the hermanas that came out with me are going to be going home today..... weird... it makes me feel old. So, you asked about the airports, where do you guys want me to fly in to? I don't have too much time this week, lots of things to do. But I want you to know that I love you guys a lot.  I do hope I finish my mission here in this area, but we will see what the Lord wants.  My companion is Elder Miles, he is cool so it should be really good, ha! I love you guys and I am going to send some pictures!:) Love you mom:)
