Wow, that sounds like a very fun experience! The good Lord sometimes tries us to see if we murmer or not, most of the time it has nothing to do with right or wrong, but to apply the Christlike attributes. Well, tell Jade congratulations on his race, keep your head up and magnify the God-given gifts. A lot of times we get stuck in the "who's better" and lose sight of who gave us the abilities. Jade, if you could only see your great gift. You are amazing! Don't slow up or hang your head! Jesse, Harra Por Israel! You have no idea how happy I am for you. The mission will be a marking point for your life and you will never regret it! I want to know when you get your call. Ha, Ha, the lady that works here just called me Lobo, thinking I would not know what she said. I get it alto! Ha, Ha! So, the family got baptized Saturday and when I have time to put the photos on the computer, I will send them. I'm really good, no worries. Is there anything I can do for you? I love you all, and next week I will give you more info on the area.

Wow! Jesse, I am so excited for you! Don't worry about the needles, I just about passed out when I got my tests too, ha ha. But, I better be the first to know where you are going (send an e-mail). But that is so awesome, I can't wait! Just remember the best preparation is Preach My Gospel and prayer, but don't worry, God will prepare you! This is the work of God, it is so special and I'm so grateful to be part of it and grateful you are too! Congrats! I'm doing great. This past week was really good, the family Jose Luis and Romelia did not get baptized because they had a grandson in Guatemala. So we just had their wedding and it turned out so neat, they are the cutest little old couple. I drank some bad water the other day and passed through and interesting weekend (some kind of bacteria stuff). But I am fine now. We are getting to have all the leaders called in our branch and district now. We are going to start two missionary packets too, their names are Mauricio and Miguel; really cool young men. So, a lot to do and I'm very happy the good Lord is helping me out a lot. Oh, tell Jade and Jens that they had better start Duty to God, the little booklet is powerful! I am going to start it too! Jade, good luck this week and good luck to all in everything you are up to. Thanks for everything and take care!

Good afternoon!
Go Broncos! Awesome that everything is winding down, I hope that everything goes great for everyone! So mom, remember how you asked abou the heat? Oh man, it is getting started here! You gotta love it:) So we are working hard here in Tiquisate mainly looking for the help to keep things going upward, but the good Lord sure has lifted us up. Last week we went with some investigators (my first time going with them), and the desafio was that they had to decide to get married. So the spirit guided us and the joven, or teenage boy, that always comes with us (his name is Limhi) ran and got a ring. It was the neatest thing; they are going to get married this week and baptized too. I know that this is God's work, not ours. We can't change His will, but we must be valiant in our callings to do His will. I love this work, I will ever be grateful for this time and the experiences especiales. Oh, mom and dad, sorry for all the times I was not obedient! I really am feeling the sadness it can bring. But also thanks for the example to know how to treat situations, I owe a lot to you. But I owe more to the Great Giver, it is so hard to imagine the extent of his mercy, it is perfect. I thank you all for everything and please take care!

Hola!
Yes, I really enjoyed conference. Here in my new zone there was me and a brand new elder straight from the CCM, listening to conference in English. It was really cool, even though I missed a few of the talks. So I'm in a new zone called Tiquisate, Escuintla. It was part of the Mission Central, but now it is part of our mission, and we are here. It is a District (a lot different than a Stake). My new companion is from Mexico, his name is Elder Trujillo. I am very excited to be here and nervous at the same time. It is a special project of the mission, but like you said the mission is well set, and we are working hard every month. We are breaking records and trying hard to establish the Church and do God's will. So all the elders that I had been with for most of my mission all left for home last week, my trainer and Elder Black and several more. But life with roll on; I am so grateful to be here and a part of this work. I just hope the bishop has a good calling for me when I get home because I don't like to be out of work! the good Lord has blessed me by sending me to this zone, I am truly humbles to be here and to work in His great battle for what is right. You also asked me about President Maravilla, he is truly amazing! I have a lot of respect for him, what a great man of God. I have honestly never seen a man so full of love for Christ and his fellow men. But, like always, he has a lot to do, so not much commuication. You asked about my needs, well, I wore through this pair of shoes, they have holes now. I hope my clothes hold out, I think they will. But you know the normal need - jerkey! Thanks for everything, especially for your prayers, they are ever so needed. If you ever need anything from me, just write! God bless!
